On 11 May 2022, students and interested parties at the Faculty of Engineering were able to find out about current projects in the field of renewable energies.

On 11 May 2022, Prof. Klaus Wozniak, Prof. Uwe Jung and Prof. Reinhard Müller from the Faculty of Engineering invited interested parties and students to the "14th Colloquium on Renewable Energies" to find out about highly topical issues from the broad spectrum of renewable energies.
Speakers from Danpower GmbH (Potsdam), DBFZ gGmbH (Leipzig), Technische Beratung für Systemtechnik (Leipzig), the e7 Group (Leipzig) and Green City AG (Munich) were invited to provide participants with insights into current development trends and innovations in industrial projects in the field of research.
"We were also very pleased with the strong response. We counted around 70 participants among the audience. Guests included our students as well as interested parties from industry and the public. Above all, the event was very valuable for our students as an orientation on the state of development. And perhaps some of them also found topics for their upcoming theses," summarises Prof Klaus Wozniak.
