University cooperation in Saxony with Saxony⁵

With Saxony⁵, Saxony's universities of applied sciences (HAW) in Leipzig, Dresden, Mittweida, Zittau/Görlitz and Zwickau have been pooling their resources and expertise with other partners in a transfer network since 2018. Through interdisciplinary collaboration and intelligent networking, the university alliance strengthens research-based knowledge and technology transfer in Saxony and promotes a new quality of innovation and new research projects.

Our applied research has long made scientists at HTWK Leipzig sought-after specialists in product development and knowledge transfer. With Saxony⁵, the specialised strengths and experimental possibilities of five universities are available. In the application areas of production, environment and energy, five transfer modules support the transfer of top market and socially relevant topics and thus open up new opportunities for new collaborations, technology testing and professional exchange.
