Early studies

Particularly gifted pupils at upper secondary level can take part in selected courses at our university before their Abitur. The recommendation of the subject teacher and the approval of the school management are required. In this way, we support high-achieving pupils at an early stage in their choice of degree programme or study orientation. In addition: Examination results achieved in the early study programme can be credited towards a later degree course at HTWK Leipzig. If you are interested, please arrange a counselling appointment before the start of the respective semester.

Then why not gain your first practical experience and find out about our study options through a school internship (grades 9 and 10)! Another option: summer school during the Saxon autumn holidays (grades 10 to 12) or a taster day/weekend (from grade 8).
